Which brand & colour are you wearing in your picture?
Directions Neon Blue mixed with a little Crazy Color Hot Purple because I wanted a bold blue that wouldn't fade into a green.
How does this hair colour make you feel?
I tend to feel a little more mellow when I'm wearing come colour hair dyes.
How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
My hair was already pre-lightened and coloured grey, which had faded, so I just freshly lifted the roots before applying the dye.
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
Manic Panic is my favourite. It's not the cheapest, but it's still very affordable, the colour range is fantastic and I always find my hair feels soft and conditioned when freshly dyed.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
If you're trying to save the colour, wash in cold water and only use a small amount of shampoo. If you're trying to fade colour, use warm water and anti-dandruff shampoo! :)
